Improving Citizens’ Livelihoods: Tayebwa Urges OACPS States to Embrace Value Addition
The Deputy Speaker of Parliament and President of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) Parliamentary Assembly, Thomas Tayebwa, has urged OACPS member states to make trade, industrialization, and value addition central to their development agenda. Tayebwa made the remarks while addressing the 121ST OACPS Council of Ministers at the Egmont Palace in Brussels.
