WE WALKED RIGHT TO THE EDGE OF THE GRAND CANYON! 😳🇺🇸 | Route 66 Day 6

Today on our Route 66 road trip, we made a surprise detour away from the Mother Road to visit one of the most incredible natural wonders in the world… the Grand Canyon! 🏜️🇺🇸 After hearing so much about it over the years, we finally got to see it for ourselves, and honestly, the views were even better than we imagined. Things then got a little more interesting when Jack decided it would be a great idea to climb down the side of the canyon for an even better view 😳 While Ella stayed safely at the top, she wasn’t exactly thrilled watching him disappear over the edge… Thankfully Jack made it back in one piece, and after taking in the unbelievable scenery, we jumped back in the car and continued our Route 66 adventure. Back on the road, we stopped in Seligman, Arizona, one of the towns that proudly claims to be the birthplace of Route 66, before grabbing lunch at the famous Roadkill Café. Despite the questionable name, the food was actually brilliant 🤣 We also picked up a few more Route 66 passport stamps before calling it a day and continuing our journey west.
