I was part of the nutritional counseling, cancer treatment, and palliative care team, which served approximately 100 patients per month. I reluctantly studied natural medicine, and through that process, I met my mentor, a macrobiotic cooking researcher. He overturned my preconceived notions in a positive way, and my health improved dramatically. I left the general hospital. Under my mentor's guidance, I gave corporate lectures, taught cooking classes, and hosted cooking shows (from preparation to the finished product). However, after giving birth, I encountered health problems that macrobiotics couldn't solve, and I hit a wall. I studied molecular nutrition and developed a dietary approach for women. Currently, I support mental (mental) care along with food, focusing on "eating techniques that combine molecular nutrition and macrobiotic nutrition." Eating is exciting, happy, and heartwarming.
