Figuring Out the Weekly Training Pattern | Journey to 70.3
We’ve hit double digits! Welcome to Vlog 10. This week I feel like I’m finally starting to work out a weekly pattern, find my rhythm, and settle into a proper training flow. For the first time, I managed to vlog every single one of my training sessions for the week! The week started with a 9.5 mile run. While I didn't have the camera with me during the run, I’ve included a cute greeting from Bruce and Molly when I got back home! It has been half term break this week, so my usual Thursday morning swim session wasn’t on, so I braved the pool Wednesday evening instead! I had my longest bike ride of 17.8 miles! I'm sharing the raw before and after debriefs from the ride to show the real highs and lows of stepping up the mileage.
