Squeezing in Training Around a Family Wedding | Journey to 70.3

Welcome back to Vlog 12. This week was all about navigating a busy travel schedule and a family wedding in the UK while trying to keep up with my training routine. The vlog starts with a very wet bike ride on Thursday evening followed by an early morning run before packing and heading straight to the airport. I’ve included some footage of the plane landing in the UK and a clip from the train station as the travel began. Despite a packed weekend moving around the UK, I managed to get two different runs in, one in Somerset and one in Dorset. Sadly, I didn’t actually make it to the pool despite having packed all my swimwear, as family time and traveling took priority. Thank you for following along as I balance real life with the journey.
