Learning to Clip In (and not fall off) | Journey to 70.3
This week took a painful turn as I transitioned to clipless pedals. After a professional bike fit, I started practicing clipping in and out in the safety of my doorway before heading to a car park to try it for real! Unfortunately, I had a nasty fall on the concrete which I caught on camera. After some more falls while practicing on the grass, I ended the day feeling pretty sore and bruised! Despite being scared, I headed back out the next evening to have another go. This episode is a raw look at the ups and downs of being a beginner triathlete and the mental battle of getting back on the bike after a fall. Thanks for following the journey! #JourneyTo703 #TriathlonTraining #CyclingFail #NoviceTriathlete #Guernsey #CliplessPedals
