Fondants à la pistache sans cuisson - 3 ingrédients seulement

Pistachio petit fours (without cooking) For approximately 12 pieces: Kouglof mold Ingredients : Cookie without baking: • 200 grams of white chocolate • 60 grams of dry biscuits (Mac Vities) • 60 grams of shelled pistachios • 10 cl of pistachio cream (1 tablespoon) (optional) Finishing : • A few pistachios and pistachio cream or melted chocolate • Gold paint Instructions Preparation : 1. In a bowl, cut the chocolate in order to put it in a bain-marie or in the microwave oven to melt it. 2. Finely blend 60g of biscuits in a blender. 3. Finely blend 60g of pistachios in the blender (previously roasted in a pan if possible). 4. In a pastry bowl, melt 200 g of white chocolate in a bain-marie (or in the microwave 3 times 30 seconds). 5. Add the ground pistachios and mix with a spatula. 6. Add the ground biscuits and mix with a spatula. 7. Add a tablespoon of pistachio cream (optional). 8. The preparation obtained must be semi-liquid. 9. Fill each cavity of the impression mold with the pistachio paste and tap the mold against the work surface so that the paste spreads in the mould. 10. Leave 5 to 10 minutes to rest so that the dough fills the cavities well. 11. Put in the freezer for about 15 minutes otherwise leave in the refrigerator until the chocolate freezes. 12.
