I do my best to plan low-cost, nutritious meals that reduce food waste as much as possible. In case it got a bit lost in with all my rambling, some major points to consider when making your grocery list and planning meals are: 1) Take stock of what you have at home and use it up before it goes bad. 2) Check the flyers for the stores that are relevant to you when planning your meals and grocery shopping. 3) Consider what your family will actually eat. 4) Consider cooking for multiple days for dinner, use any leftovers for lunches, or freeze them for an easy meal at a later time. #foodscienceonabudget #nospendweek #budgetcooking #mealplanning #frugalliving ....
