3 Days of Lazy Meals, Just for Myself 🇯🇵 | Cheap & Real Japanese Home Cooking

Lazy doesn't mean careless. It means I know what's enough. I hope this feels like quiet company on an ordinary day. 🌱 ───────────────────── ▶ RECIPE ───────────────────── 🍚 Moyashi-don (Bean sprout donburi — lazy one-bowl dinner) Ingredients (1 serving) ・Bean sprouts — ½ bag ・Garlic chives — ½ bunch, cut into bite-sized pieces ・Eggs — 2 ・Oyster sauce — 1 tbsp ・Mayonnaise — 1 tbsp ・Powdered chicken broth — 2 tsp ・Cooked rice — 1 bowl Instructions ① Mix eggs, oyster sauce, mayonnaise, and powdered chicken broth in a bowl. ② Stir-fry bean sprouts and garlic chives in an oiled pan. ③ Pour in the egg mixture and stir quickly.
