First, let's focus on optimizing your "pull trajectory" and "posture," which will produce dramatic results in a short time. ② "Drawing In" is Essential Underwater By pulling your stomach in thinly, your internal organs move towards your head, bringing your body's "center of gravity" closer to your "center of buoyancy."
