In this FUT Talks interview, Noreen O'Sullivan, from Gluten Free in Denmark, explains her experience of having three daughters with three very different and severe intolerances: egg, milk protein and gluten. Noreen tells us how they found out about all these intolerances and the symptoms their daughters had, as well as how they managed these intolerances in the family.
