"In this interview, Stefan shares how celiac disease completely changed his career as a Head Chef, as it became a major obstacle to being able to do his job well and safely. He went from being the head chef of one of the most important restaurants in Trondheim, to starting a restaurant project called FLAVORS, which offers a mix of American street food and Italian cuisine that is completely gluten-free. In fact, this is the only gluten-free restaurant in Trondheim.
