In this interview, Elizabeth explains her process to identify what type of food she was having problems with. Upon identifying her allergies and intolerances by listening to her body and writing down her symptoms after eating some foods, she cleaned-up her diet and find much better. Three years ago she started Villa Vi, a cafe with an inclusive menu and very sensitive with allergies and intolerances.
