Sacred Space: Impressions in retrospect, 40 years since the destruction of the house of the Bab

On the 40th anniversary of the destruction of the house of the Bab in Iran, three Australian Baha'is reflect on their pilgrimage to this sacred space. The house of the Bab was identified as a critical historical setting for the Baha'i Faith and was destroyed as part of a widespread campaign which has been orchestrated over many decades seeking to extinguish the life of the Baha'i community in Iran. Forty years on, three Baha'is reflect on the memories of their visits to one of the holiest sites of the Baha'i Faith.
