The Beauty of Hand Carving | Walnut Spoon from Start to Finish

This time, I carved a small walnut spoon entirely by hand using simple tools. Every cut, every groove, and every detail was made outdoors, accompanied only by birdsong and the natural sounds of carving. For this spoon, I decided to add a textured pattern to the handle using a carving gouge. I think it gives the spoon a bit more character. To bring out the rich walnut grain, I finished the spoon with food-grade mineral oil. Thank you so much for watching!
