5 Exercises to Improve Your Acceleration Like Su Bingtian | Fastest 60m 6.29
In this video, I give my top five exercises to increase your acceleration like Su Bingtian. Su ran the fastest 60m split of all time with a time of 6.29. Not even Usain bolt was able to do this. In order to increase his acceleration, Su focused on improving max strength, his power output, and his stride frequency. With all of those factors combined, he was able to run 9.83 at the Tokyo Olympics and won his semi-final round. I did a lot of research for this video and not only that but I learned from my last video on him in which I listened to a podcast by his coach Randy Huntington. Randy is one of the best professional track coaches out there. My top 5 exercises were hip #thrusts, back #squats, #box #jumps, #deadlifts, and #kettlebell #swings. All great exercises for increasing hamstring, glute, quad, back, and core strength. The hips are also worked very hard. Link to hip thrust study: https://www.mdpi.com/2075-4663/7/4/80...
