Rindsgulasch klassisch

This recipe makes a classic beef goulash for 4-5 people – a goulash like we have at weddings here in Burgenland – lots of meat and lots of onions!!! Recipe for 3-4 people 1 kg beef (sinewy and streaked with fat) 1 kg onion 2.5 tbsp lard 3 medium tomatoes, peeled 1 tsp ground caraway 2 tbsp sweet paprika 1.5 tsp freshly ground pepper 2.5 tsp salt 2 bay leaves 1 tsp marjoram Approx. 1 liter water
