Sekiro: Juzou the Drunkard Mini Boss (Hirata State Owl's Memory, NG+; Charmless)

Emphasis - Divine Confetti, Deflect, Gokan's Sugar, Flame Vent, Puppeteer Ninjutsu Strategy: This fight WAS difficult. Owl's memory is a lot more challenging than the original Hirata Estate memory you had in the beginning of the game. This time Juzou had several high elite enemies surrounding him, so what you first want to do is attack a weaker enemy an use the Bloodcloud Ninjutsu technique, this will allow you to get to the Lone Shadow Ninja next to Juzou and use the Puppeteer Technique. Believe me when I say this is a lot easier than trying to take them both on at the same time. If you're feeling brave be my guest, but I'd rather use the tools that I have present to the highest of their ability than waste energy trying to fight practically two mini bosses at the same time. You'll want to have at least two resurrections for this fight. It is basically all the same moves from him from before. Be sure to avoid grab techniques from him as well as his whirlwind slash attack because it causes heavy damage. It would be ideal to stock up on Gokan's Sugar, his giant sword will break down your posture pretty quick. The lone shadow ninjas on the roofs before you fight this boss do drop Gokan's Sugar a good amount so I would use the Ball of Possession and farm some before this fight, it helped me intensely. Perfect deflects will help greatly but his hits are tough to catch, so Gokan's Sugar to help with posture is definitely recommended. If you use the flame vent like I did in this fight it will be a massive help as it will help lower his posture and health a lot easier than regular combat, until of course you run out of spirit emblems. Not to worry, however, as you can use Divine Confetti at this point to help with your attack against him. Once I didn't have any flame ability left, I used this route and it helped lead me to victory. Combine all these techniques and items and you should be able to win this battle.
