Unemployed and Trusting God

In this video, I'm sharing an update on my Unemployment Journey and how things are moving in a more positive direction. I recently applied with a modular home company and am praying God will move them to reach out to me. I truly miss being involved in the housing industry--I miss flipping. I love modular homes because they can literally be made to order! I interviewed at a hospital today! The interviewer pretty much assured me that I should be getting a confirmation letter at some point. I'm praying she was completely sincere in that statement. On the way home, I also received a text from an assisted living facility asking me to stop by. They were hoping I would train as a med aide. After informing them of my hesitancy to take on such a responsibility at this time, they said they still might take me on at night. It's a really nice facility and I pray it might be so. Part of the reason it's been so long since I've checked in with everyone is my deep discouragement during that period. When I made up my mind to praise God and declare my love for Him no matter what the negative circumstances, I found peace--and God started opening doors. I hope this video encourages you to keep trusting God through the hardest seasons. My experience is that we think we've gone through the worst already, then a more serious trial hits us between the eyes.
