We had a busy day for Potash Trains from and to Boulby Potash Mine, all hauled by DB Cargo class 66 locomotives. We also see Northern Rail's Class 156 DMU's in action on the Bishop Auckland to Saltburn route, as well as Transpennine Express Class 185's on Manchester Airport to Redcar Central trains. These trains currently terminate at Redcar Central with some remaining at platform 2 and some going into the sidings to allow other services to pass.
