Trains at Saltburn - 18/07/2023

Filmed on 18/07/2023. After a soggy start to the day, the weather did subside for a little while to be beside the sea at a popular seaside resort town of Saltburn. And for an hours trainspotting (Season 10 Episode 21) Well, this is well overdue but finally at the terminus of the Tees Valley Line. Since the class 142 Pacer buses has been withdrawn since 2020, the Perkins class 158's are getting a fair few miles down their belts here in the North East. However, its not just Northern which serves Saltburn, Transpennine Express now extended their runs hourly between Saltburn to Manchester Airport via York, Leeds and all the Manchester stations.
