Dealing with shame, fears and insecurity is challenging and uncomfortable. However, what I have learned - which I share in this video - shows me that the most efficient way to deal with this is basically by doing what makes us uncomfortable. In psychology, there is an interesting process that refers to this: systematic desensitization. The idea is to gradually expose yourself to the context that provokes an aversive response.
