This is 23 minute all levels, beginner friendly yoga class that's mainly standing with no weight on your hands. This flow is fantastic for anyone with wrist or shoulder issues. Class is led by Helen Cloots **There's a little issue with the microphone rubbing on my clothing at times. If that might be distracting to you, I recommend playing some music while you practice so you don't hear it as much, or skip this one. (I thought about not publishing this one, but I try to remind myself that yoga is about being present through life's imperfections and to breathe through any distractions!)
