I think many people are wondering what to ask AI, so since it's Golden Week, I think it would be a good idea to be a little brave and try ChatGPT, Grok, Google's Gemini, AiCloud, etc. ChatGPT is easy to use, so I think it would be a good idea to use it. I'll talk about the world's most cutting-edge information on how to use it from the perspective of a psychiatrist. I'm writing about an integrated approach. What is this integrated approach with AI? It's not just ___ therapy, but various psychotherapies. There is ___ therapy, open dialogue, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, family therapy, introspection therapy, and many others, but let's mix all of those together and do what suits the person, which is called an integrated approach. ■Personal Philosophy I had a chance to have a discussion with Professor Tanaka from Harvard recently, and I thought a lot about what we were doing as we were talking. Professor Tanaka said that in the end, what is the purpose of counseling, and what is the purpose of counseling with AI? It's to gain a personal philosophy. I thought that was certainly a good idea, so I thought this phrase "personal philosophy" was a good one. We are dominated by meritocracy, which thinks that we can't do something that is common sense, that we don't have enough ability, and by money and other things, and we want to be ourselves, but we are often suffering from the pressure of society. In psychoanalysis, this is called being tormented by the superego. They say that the patient is suffering because they are held down by the teachings of their parents, common sense in society, and the idea that things should be a certain way, but the aim is to be free from that, to distance themselves to a certain extent from the superego, to be free, but not controlled by desires, and to be in a situation where they are not controlled by either the superego or the id. Simply put, the goal of treatment is to be able to have your own values and outlook on life without being controlled by common sense, and to be able to live based on this, and he said that achieving this, acquiring your own philosophy, is the goal of interactions with an AI self-counselor, and I thought that made sense. That makes sense, doesn't it? That the goal is to achieve this. You're asking why this is a personal philosophy and not the ultimate answer, but in the end, my answer is mine alone. The right answer for me is different from the right answer for you. The reason is that the structure of the brain is different for each person. And the data that is input is also different. The experiences and knowledge I have gained up to now are different. Because everything is different, the correct answer, philosophy, and values that suit me are one and only, and that is the optimal answer. That's why it's personal. And personal philosophy can't be selfish, so the optimal answer that doesn't contradict classics, common sense, and modern science is the correct one. It's important to understand myself, and...
