What Happened to Taman Bandaran Kelana Jaya? Walking Petaling Jaya, Walking Malaysia, Walk n Talk

I went to visit Taman Bandaran Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya because Google Maps had some compelling photos of the park that was developed around 4 mining ponds. It was large, green, and the edges around the ponds were soggy and felt dangerous. Large monitor lizards abound , bird were chirping and singing there songs; it was good to see nature thriving. Some of the paths along the pond were partially submerged, there were holes in the floor of a pond dock, and the ground was flooded or soggy with water in several places. An outdoor stage needed painting, the floor was cracked, and black stained the walls. Moss grew on the pavement of another place. There were a lot of trees planted in and around the ponds. Some seemed growing in the pond but I think it was because the pond is now rising above the bank where the tree was growing. Seems like the water in the park is rising. This park was also developed to be a catchment pond and a monsoon drain was pouring into it.
