I was asked "what do I do to keep fit at 67?" I am not the fittest I can be, but fit enough. I make it a point to walk, take the stairs, do pushups(every few days) walk up escalators and travelators get some sun, which really is easy in Malaysia, and also look after my soul, mind, and most importantly, my diet. A proper human diet is a requisite to stay healthy and fit. Oh, I also do the house work. Really, it's more of a lifestyle.
