Bonjour à tous !! Épisode 7 Aujourd'hui on se retrouve pour une nouvelle recette, On va fair DES Bahgrir ou crêpes aux milles trou !! Les bahgrir sont des crêpes arabe vraiment délicieuse !!!!!!! Suivez ma recette !!! Les ingrédients pr 25 bahgrir: 660 g d'eau 400 g de semoule extra fine 1 c à s de farine 15g de levure boulangère 15g de levure chimique (1sachet) 1 c à c de sucre 1 pincé de sel Pas besoin de temps de repos, on cuit directe !!!!
