Dry Roast 1 tsp Fenugreek & 1 tsp Cumin Seeds. 2. Fry 1 cup sliced Garlic in 1 tsp Ghee till 3-5min. 3. Grind the fried garlic along with Garlic cloves 10 nos, Turmeric 2 tsp, Tamarind Soaked in warm water ½ cup, Red Chilli Powder ½ cup, Jaggery ½ cup, Crystal Salt 2 tbsp. 4. Tempering 5.
