BONE vs FLINT - Ultimate Knife Cutting Test
Basically seeing what material cuts the best. I've got some venison meat out of the freezer so we can compare blades. One knife has a Dacite blade and whitetail deer antler handle. Hafted with pine pitch, charcoal and plant fiber only. The other knife has an elk leg bone blade and osage orange handle installed with hide glue.
