We are getting our heart rate up and keeping it up as we power through a series of cardio focused body-weight exercises combined with ab exercises sure to set your core on fire!! No equipment needed today - let's do it! MY TIPS: • For best results, squeeze your abs & core during the whole workout - especially during the exercises for your abs • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. Lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
