Bad Day? Make This Instant Pot Soup with Frozen Chicken

Well my day just went pear shaped 🍐 so I made Instant Pot Soup with Frozen Chicken Thighs straight from the freezer into the Pot. I'm using the Instant Pot Duo Crisp with Ultimate Lid here, but this recipe is good for any Instant Pot with Pressure Cooker function and it's DELICIOUS. If you've never used your Instant Pot to cook chicken thighs from frozen, this is a good place to start. Just remember to break up the thighs individually (not a giant ice cube of chicken thighs) & use an Instant Read Thermometer to check the chicken is cooked through.
