Instant Pot Mini Turkey Pasta for Beginners (No Stress Recipe)

Today I'm sharing a super soothing and easy 2 portion creamy pasta dish made with ground turkey in the Instant Pot Mini 4Qt 3.8L. This is one of new favourite quick recipes and it's perfect for beginners too. In the video I go through all the steps for making this dish in detail so if you are new to the Instant Pot, you can learn some key techniques like how to avoid the burn notice and how to adapt the steam release for some dishes so it is somewhere in between Quick Release and Natural Pressure Release. Stir well to release starch from the pasta , adding the cheese. Tip: *If too runny: use saute to evaporate out any excess water *If too dry, add some extra stock or milk/cream to your taste. Optional: fresh herbs like basil always perk up these simple dishes if you have any. Extra parmesan is a delicious cheesy optional too!
