This is the maternity yoga I actually practiced every day from the time I entered my final month of pregnancy with my first and second children! My labors were natural, lasting five hours for my first child and three for my second, and went very smoothly. Most pregnant women who have tried maternity yoga say after giving birth, "I'm so glad I did maternity yoga!" As I entered my final month of pregnancy, my doctor told me to keep moving, but I didn't know what to do... Walking outside was too difficult at this stage... What should I do to ensure an easy birth... I think many pregnant women worry about these things. The final month of pregnancy is a time when you should actively incorporate maternity yoga to ensure an easy birth, both physically and mentally. Your baby is preparing inside you so that it can be born at any time. Mature women can also prepare their minds and bodies for labor through maternity yoga. This lesson focuses on deep breathing to prepare for labor, and incorporates movements to relax muscles that will need to be relaxed during labor.
