Sharing Poetry. He studied Hispanic Language and Literature at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He is a poet, playwright, orator, and professor of literature, English, and public speaking. He has published his own work, reviews, translations, and adaptations in numerous anthologies, blogs, and magazines, including: the UNAM Poetry Journal, Blanco Móvil, Oráculo, La Manzana, and Al Haraka Al Shiriya, in Arabic translation by Kaissar Albert Afif. For 20 years, he has participated in public readings, many of them of his own poetry. His most recent reading was at the 2015 International Poetry Out Loud Festival at Casa del Lago. He was a founding member of the theater company Teatromancia, where he also acted. He was the editor of the magazines Flores de Piedra and An Nahdat, as well as president and member of the advisory board of Al Fannán, the Association of Artists and Intellectuals of Lebanese Descent.
