صبغ القطاعات النسيجية بالاصباغ المناعية Immunohistochemistry IHC
It is a laboratory technique for locating proteins in tissues using specific antibodies that bind to those proteins. Immunohistochemical staining is widely used in the diagnosis of abnormal cells, such as those found in cancerous tumors and other conditions. Various fluorescent or chemical stains can be used to detect these abnormalities after the procedure is complete. The staining sites are observed, and their intensity is measured using a light or fluorescence microscope. There are also microscopes equipped with systems that allow for scanning the entire slide, estimating the color intensity of a specific stain, and comparing it to different slides.
