Steps of histological study: fixation

In our new video we discuss the main and most important aspects in fixation. Fixation of histological samples is the first and very important step of histological study. It isnecessary to preserve the native structure of the sample. If the tissue is not fixed, the autolysis will start and the structure of tissue will change because of enzymatic decomposition. All the mistakes made on this step will lead to loss of dignostical value of the sample. Our website: http://en.biovitrum.ru/
