Celebrate Rath Yatra with the authentic Chena Poda from Odisha — soft, caramelized, and perfect for festival prasadam. Ingredients (for video description) 500 g chhena / fresh paneer 150–200 g sugar (adjust to taste) 2 tbsp semolina (sooji) or 1–2 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional) 1 tsp cardamom powder (इलायची) 2 tbsp ghee / melted butter 2 tbsp chopped nuts (cashews/almonds) — optional A pinch of saffron or 1 tsp milk soaked saffron — optional Short recipe steps (for description) Squeeze excess water from chhena, then crumble and knead until smooth. Mix sugar, cardamom, semolina (or flour) and ghee; fold into chhena. Transfer to a greased tin, smooth the top. Cool fully, slice and serve as prasadam.
