Students: A Recap for all Programs
This webinar was led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and provided a live presentation to discuss Student eligibility, earned income allowances and financial aid calculations. The webinar serves as an outline of the calculation requirements from the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA) and the HUD 4350.3. The webinar also gave housing partners an opportunity to ask questions about eligibility, earned income allowances and financial aid calculation requirements along with changes that came with HOTMA. This is a general webinar with regards to Student Financial Aid Calculations & Eligibility to help staff better understand the process and requirements.
