Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements

This webinar was led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and provides a presentation to discuss the Recordkeeping Requirements outlined in Rule §10.608 and Reporting Requirements outlined in Rule §10.607. The webinar will serve as an outline of the rule requirements from the Texas Administrative Code and give housing partners an opportunity to ask questions about the recordkeeping and reporting requirements. This was a general webinar with regards to reporting and recordkeeping requirements to help staff better understand the requirements.
