Moving Our English Narrowboat To France? And Incredible Steam!

This video is about some of the things that you need to consider if you want to move your narrowboat home to France which is what we are thinking of doing summer next year. I cruise along a spectacular waterway and compare life on the English canal and rivers to that of France. I also discover an incredible story with a French connection to a light railway in Lancashire that was completely built by six school boys and I speak to one of the original six boys and take a train ride on one of the steam engines that they have rescued and restored. Finally, I find a tiny creature that I have always wanted to see and have never seen before! This is a feel-good vlog that celebrates the waterways, the old age of steam and nature.
