So it's not just our feet going up en pointe, it's our whole body, so the stronger you're able to hold yourself, the stronger your pointe work in ballet will be. So here's a great exercise for building that essential core strength, whilst also working on the essential neutral hip alignment that you also need whilst performing any movement in ballet.
