Thanks to a video from our friend Esmorzaret, we discovered one of the most fun sandwiches to eat in #Valencia. Pollos Quinin has opened three takeaway locations, and at one of them, they've reinvented the shredded rotisserie chicken sandwich. To make it even more enjoyable, in addition to the juices soaking into the bread, they serve extra broth from the rotisserie chicken itself in a small saucepan for dipping and oozing with every bite. This sandwich is a true delight. Their menu is short but features gourmet and protected designation of origin products, with well-thought-out and expertly executed sandwich combinations. Everything is measured down to the millimeter to ensure perfect balance and flavors. This is a place worth visiting and getting covered in the chicken's juices while savoring every bite.
