Almorzamos en El Rincón de Dani,el mejor bocadillo de figatells que podrás encontrar en l'Horta Nord

Foios is giving us some pleasant surprises. My sources tell me about a bar that hasn't even been open for two years where things are being done very well. Quality products and a combination of display cases and stews on weekends that delights the staff. At Rincón de Dani, the quality of their ingredients is undeniable. Their select horse meat, their figatells (a type of Catalan sausage), their aged Manchego cheese, and even their bread come from producers in the town or surrounding villages. Their flagship dish is horse meat with spring onions, where they drizzle the sandwich with the leftover oil from frying the spring onions—it's absolutely amazing. Dani undoubtedly has the best figatell sandwich we've ever tasted. He cooks the figatell with meticulous care, preparing it to perfection. He uses caramelized onions to temper its "livery" flavor and then delivers a knockout punch with aged Manchego cheese that's so good it deserves an award. If it were submitted, this mega-sandwich would be a worthy winner.
