Their flagship dish is horse meat with spring onions, where they drizzle the sandwich with the leftover oil from frying the spring onions—it's absolutely amazing. Dani undoubtedly has the best figatell sandwich we've ever tasted. He cooks the figatell with meticulous care, preparing it to perfection. He uses caramelized onions to temper its "livery" flavor and then delivers a knockout punch with aged Manchego cheese that's so good it deserves an award.
