Bad Well Part 2 "Submersible Pump Jammed, Can't Pull It Out!", Severed the plastic tubing!

SO Our bad well week got a little better. To review, Our house well pump quite working. In trying to pull the well it became obvious we had bigger issues than we thought. The pump itself was trapped down in the well. We could not pull it out. EVERY well specialist we called said there was NO option to solve this issue and our only option was to "pull and pray" it comes out, and if it didn't and the plastic well tubing broke, THEN drill a new well at great expense and hassle. AND no one would be able to even address this in any way for weeks. So My wife & I were on our own and in the words of a Famous Local Well Company; Randolph Well & Pump Co., we were "F***ed" .AND they didn't want to deal with it unless it was one of their wells. So we pulled & prayed ..the plastic tubing broke about 25-30 down from the top of the well! Then we were really in trouble! No plumber or Well company had any thing or technic to help us. The consensuses of the Plumbers and Well Specialists is we have NO options at that point as the tubing was in the way of dropping another pump in that 5inch well casing. AND none had any solution other than a new well. The going rates would cost us around $8000. And that was after doing the County Dance with permits and the like, from the Red State of New York where everything is regulated by something governmental. So we designed our own solution. The local well and plumbing community has no game in these situations other than the big dollar one.... what follows is a summary of the day....:)
