One mistake I made was not making time for a nourishing breakfast ๐ฅ๐ณ I've spent years doing intermittent fasting (aka skipping breakfasts), moreso because I just never made the time to eat and would have coffee on an empty stomach. But over the last couple of months, I've been putting new and healthy habits into my daily life and seeking tips from my TCM doctor, starting with a small and warming meal in the morning.
