what I drink in a day → for gut + nervous system healing

I used to think tea was “just tea.” Then I learned how the right herbs could warm digestion, steady energy, support my gut healing journey, and help my body shift from stress to calm. In this video I share my exact tea rituals from AM to PM, plus simple swaps based on season and cycle. Tea Recipes (at a glance): Morning (all phases): aged mandarin peel + ginger (fresh or dried) + a few goji berries. If you run cold: add a pinch of fennel. Afternoon (focus/skin): aged mandarin peel + burdock root + goji + rose; add chrysanthemum, and a few honeysuckle petals if you tend to run hot/acne-prone. Evening (wind-down): aged mandarin peel + burdock root + rose. Swap mandarin → chrysanthemum if you feel hot before bed. Why it works: warm, aromatic herbs support motility and digestion; flowers help ease heat/tension; the ritual itself signals safety to your nervous system.
