Add the flour, season, and top with chives. 3. Farofa with Kale, Bacon, and Pepperoni Ingredients: 200g bacon 1 chopped pepperoni 1 tablespoon butter 1 chopped onion 3 cloves garlic Sliced kale (amount to taste) 2 cups cassava flour Salt and black pepper Instructions: Fry the bacon and pepperoni. Add the butter, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the flour and mix well. Finish with the sliced kale and stir until wilted. 4. Fried Meat Farofa Ingredients: 800g cubed beef Salt and black pepper 2 tablespoons margarine 2 chopped onions Manioc flour (sufficient amount) Cherries to taste Instructions: Fry the meat until golden brown and shred. Sauté the onion in margarine, add the ground beef, season, and mix in the flour. Finish with parsley. 5. Carrot, Egg, Bacon, and Pepperoni Farofa Ingredients: 200g bacon 1 pepperoni 1 tablespoon butter 1 chopped onion 3 cloves garlic ½ red bell pepper and ½ green bell pepper 1 grated carrot 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs 1 cup cassava flour Cilantro or parsley to taste Instructions: Fry the bacon and pepperoni. Sauté the vegetables, add the grated carrot, and mix well. Stir in the flour, turn off the heat, and add the hard-boiled egg and parsley. 6. Cabbage Farofa with Kale, Egg, and Corn Ingredients: Olive oil 2 red onions 3 cloves garlic 2 eggs Salt, paprika, black pepper Sliced cabbage (amount to taste) 2 kale leaves 1 cup cassava flour Raisins, sweetcorn, and parsley Instructions: Sauté onion and garlic. Add eggs and cook. Season, add cabbage and kale. Mix well, then add flour, raisins, sweetcorn, and parsley. Mix until combined. 7. Scalded Farofa with Water Flour Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups hot water 2 tablespoons margarine 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 1/2 cups cassava flour Chopped red onion Olives to taste Cherries to taste Instructions: Heat the water with margarine, salt, and pepper. When it boils, turn off the heat, add the flour, and mix well. Finish with red onion, olives, and parsley.
