Add the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined. Transfer to a serving dish and top with shoestring potatoes. 🍝 Creamy Pressure Cooker Pasta Ingredients: 400g smoked Calabresa sausage ½ cup grated onion Olive oil (thread) 3 cloves grated garlic 600g tomato sauce 1 teaspoon salt 5 cups water 500g pasta (screw-shaped or other type) 200g cream cheese 200g heavy cream 1½ cups chopped cilantro Instructions: Sauté the Calabresa sausage with the onion and olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté further. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and water. Bring to a boil. Add the pasta, cover the pot. After pressure builds, cook for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Release the pressure, stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream with the heat off. Finally, top with chopped cilantro.
