This meal is packed with lean protein, fiber, flavor, and simple ingredients you can find at the grocery store: 8 oz 99% lean ground turkey 1/2 cup Siete Red Enchilada Sauce 1 cup black beans 1 oz shredded cheese Chopped asparagus Season to your liking That’s it. Brown the turkey, season it, add the asparagus, sauce, beans, and top it with cheese at the end. Simple, fast, high protein, and full of flavor.
