Welcome to "Chef Po's Kitchen"! Egg noodles need to be soaked in warm water, around 70°C-80°C, and loosened with chopsticks. Once they separate, they’re ready. Frying the noodles takes time. Home stovetops have less heat than restaurant ones, so you must fry slowly. The video took about 9 minutes to complete, from putting the noodles in to finishing the dish! When using a non-stick pan, don’t use high heat. It can damage the coating, and the coating may release harmful odors, which aren’t good to inhale. Check the noodles.
